1. About these terms

These terms govern use of this website and the founding pilot program. They are intentionally conservative and are not yet a lawyer-reviewed document.

Before commercial launch, these terms will be replaced with a version reviewed by a qualified lawyer that reflects the shipped product and the operating entity.

2. What TrustCited is today

TrustCited is a customer trust operations product for European B2B technology vendors. It is in customer validation; the product is not generally available.

TrustCited is a questionnaire drafting and review workflow. It is not a legal service, a compliance certification service, or an assurance provider. Nothing produced in a pilot is legal advice.

3. Pilot terms

Founding pilots are collaborative evaluations, not paid subscriptions. Scope, material and expectations are agreed per pilot in writing.

You decide what to share. Pilot material is used only to run the pilot, is handled with restricted access, and is deleted on request or at pilot end. We do not use pilot material to train models.

Pilot output is a draft for human review. It is not a statement that your company is compliant with any standard or regulation.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit material you are not allowed to share, do not upload personal data of your end customers, and do not attempt to disrupt the website.

5. No warranties

The website and pilot output are provided as is during validation, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrustCited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this validation website or pilot participation. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the operating entity is established, once incorporation is complete. This section will be finalized with the lawyer-reviewed version.
