1. About this policy

This policy describes how TrustCited handles personal data on this website and during founding pilots. It is written to be short, specific and honest. It is not legal advice and it is not yet a lawyer-reviewed document.

Before commercial launch, this policy will be replaced with a version reviewed by a qualified lawyer. That version will reflect the final data flows, processors and retention periods of the shipped product.

2. Who we are

TrustCited is a customer trust operations product for European B2B technology vendors, currently in customer validation. For any privacy question, use the pilot request form: it is the contact channel of this phase.

Corporate registration details will be added here once the operating entity is incorporated. We do not publish placeholder company numbers.

3. What we collect on this website

The pilot request form collects: first name, last name, email address, company, company website, job title, company size, questionnaire type, approximate questionnaire frequency, current process and an optional message. Any syntactically valid email address is accepted, including personal addresses.

When you submit the form, the request is delivered through the form endpoint of our hosting provider (Netlify) and stored as a form submission in our hosting account, so we can retrieve and answer it. Submissions contain business contact and qualification context only. The form is not designed to receive documents: questionnaires and evidence material are never uploaded here and are exchanged only through a channel you control after a call.

We do not run advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or automatic profiling on this site. No analytics provider is active in Phase 1; the site deliberately ships without third-party tracking scripts.

Like essentially all web infrastructure, our hosting provider may process standard server logs for security and availability. These logs are not used to build profiles.

4. Why we process pilot requests

Legitimate interest in responding to your request: we use the details you submit to evaluate fit, reply to you, and operate the pilot you asked for. We do not add you to marketing lists.

You can ask us to delete your request at any time through the pilot form, stating your deletion request.

5. Pilot material

Founding pilots involve sharing a customer questionnaire and your own documentation. That material is used only to run your pilot, is stored with restricted access, and is deleted on request or at pilot end.

We do not use pilot material to train models, and we do not share it with third parties.

6. Retention

Pilot requests are kept while the founding program is active and deleted on request. Form submissions are retained in our hosting provider's form service until we delete them or retire the form. Pilot material is deleted at pilot end or on request.

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited security window under its own retention policy.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of the data connected to your pilot request through the pilot form. We answer every request personally.

If you are in the EU or EEA and believe we mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

8. Changes

This policy may change as the product and the founding program evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
